Volunteer For The Ride!

Many high fives and great memories await your day of volunteering!

Our ride is possible because of the dedicated cyclists and volunteers – like you! – who help make the day possible. Here’s what we’ll need help with:

AM SET UP: 3 people, 6:30 AM – 10 AM
You’ll help do a little bit of everything – setting up bike racks, setting up food, handing out registration numbers, collecting cyclists gear, cleaning up & heading out. You’ll have to be an early bird – we are going to be on site at 6:30 AM. The ride launches at 9 AM, and then you’re free to leave for the day after all things get cleaned up.

REST STOP CREWS: 8 people (4 groups of 2 people); 8 AM – Varies
You’ll manage one of four rest stops along the route. You’ll be provided with all the necessities (food, water, etc.) but you need to provide your own car to get from point A to point B and back.  Anyone who runs a rest stop must be able to meet the night before, on May 3rd, to collect all rest stop supplies and go over the game plan for the morning.

CLOSING CREW: 5-10 people , 12PM – 5:30PM
You’ll help us set up our closing party. You will need to meet at 12 PM sharp at the closing location (TBA) and be able to stay until 5. 5 hours may seem like a lot, but you’ll help with set up and tear down of all things after party related.
