Prizes + Swag

We’re in love with everything we rounded up. And we hope you’ll be in love with it, too. Just for joining us this year, you’ll get a super rad t-shirt (not one of them ugly ones you wear for the day and then use to stain your raised beds you just built) and a commemorative spoke card. What’s even cooler is that this year we’re investing in rider numbers printed on seeded paper that we’ll plant on our farms (but if you want to hang on to it as a keepsake and make that into a spokecard as well, we don’t blame you).

But the fun doesn’t stop there. We’ll be awarding some kick ass prizes to boot!


Awarded to the TOP FUNDRAISER*:

We’re leavin’ on a jet plane… to WASHINGTON, DC! The top fundraiser + guest will accompany Alleycat Acres on a 3 day, 2 night trip to Washington, DC on May 9 – May 12, 2012. We’re working on organizing a day to meet with local DC farmers and organizations, national and international NGO’s, and an extra special dinner to celebrate. One day of networking, one and a half days for you to explore the city.

  • 3 day, 2 night stay at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC, provided in partnership by the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle;
  • 2 R/T airfare tickets to Washington, DC;
  • $150 gift certificate for Zipcar so you can get some wheels when you want them. (But please don’t drive the Mini Convertibles with the top down through the car wash. Just sayin.’)

*Winner must have availability on May 9 – May 12th. If under the age of 18, winner must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Perhaps you’d like to hit the slopes after you conquer the streets. Here’s your chance.
Awarded by raffle to anyone who RAISES MORE THAN $500.

  • CAPiTA SNOWBOARDS will hook it up with a 156 STAIRMASTER Snowboard so you can hit the slopes while the streets are frozen over.
  • Coal Headwear is tossing in some hot-off-the-press accessories to keep you nice and toasty warm on your new board.
  • NAU Clothing will hook it up with some special surprises to make sure you stay warm and stylish.

  • 1 month CSA share from Jubilee Biodynamic Farm in Carnation. (You’ll have to pick it up, but it gives you an even better excuse to take a road trip!)
  • $100 tab for you and a date (which could involve one of us…or just yourself) at Ethan Stowell’s Tavolata in Belltown.
  • $50 tab for you (another date you can feel free to take us on) at Tilth (the restaurant!).
  • Swag bag from our pals at Chef’n. Because we both believe cooking should be fun.
