Volunteer For The Ride!
Many high fives and great memories await your day of volunteering!
Our ride is possible because of the dedicated cyclists and volunteers – like you! – who help make the day possible. We’re looking for 13 amazing people who can spend all day on March 3rd with us.
All volunteers are requested to have full day availability on March 3rd, 2012, and must meet at 7:30 AM.
REST STOP CREWS: 8 people needed
- 2 people per rest stop
- 4 rest stops total
- each rest stop will be 10-15 miles apart on the whole route.
- you’ll have a box of goodies to nourish the riders
- you’ll also keep track on all riders who pass
- pack up and head back to base after the last cyclist has passed and dig in to some delicious food!
- Must have a car
OPENING + CLOSING CREW: 5 people needed
- Responsible for set up / take down of opening
- Relocate tables/chairs/materials to different room for closing
- Prep dinner space
- Hang out, high five + eat good food!
