Donate / Support
We appreciate all the help you’ve given over the years. Your support makes the work we do possible — without you there would be no Alleycat Acres as we know it.
For 2012, we’re looking to raise $25,000 to help cover farm costs, bills, tools and to cover contract staffing and help us obtain our own 501(c)(3) status. We’ve grown to three farms and we can’t wait to have them all under production. In addition, we’re launching a bike team and have big plans for an innovative skill share series for 2012/2013. We just need your help to make it all possible.
So how can support our community farms?
This spring, we’re working off Crowrise.com, an innovative Peer 2 Peer, crowd sourcing platform, to raise funds virtually. You can help us hit the $25K mark by:
> Registering to ride this year with us and raise at least $100. 70 miles sound scary? Trust us.. it’s not! Rest stops every 10-15 miles + two support cars that will be ready to pick you up if you get tired!
> You can donate to us directly by donating to our page.
> If you’d prefer to send us a check or volunteer, read how to here.
> Or, if you know somebody riding in this years main fundraiser, you can see if they have their personal fundraising page under Team 2012 or donate to them directly:

Your donations are handled through Network for Good and are sent to our fiscal sponsor, Sustainable Seattle. All donations are fully tax deductible. Questions? Let us know.
And the best part? In May when we’re ready to harvest, you can swing by and say “I made those carrots possible.” And you get to eat some, too. Ding!
